Small-scale residential development on an infill site near a former tank factory in North London. 

The form emerges as a consequence of the interplay between delivering high quality internal accommodation within the specific constraints of the site and the suburban neighbourhood in which it is sited – a muscular townhouse recalling something of the tanks that were once fabricated nearby. Conceptually playful performance-driven design.
