Developing masterplans to deliver opportunities
We work with estates managers at universities, charities, schools and colleges to develop long-term strategic plans for premises of all sizes. Producing and maintaining these strategic masterplans can offer incremental improvements, provide access to funding and deliver development with minimal disruption to the use of the site.
Our agile and tactical approach to masterplans, working on complex sites and engaging with multiple stakeholders, has unlocked significant residential and educational opportunities and raised over £100,000 for community projects.
