ARK Coworking KX

The scheme delivers new affordable office and co-working spaces, retrofitted into an old church community hall on the canal in Kings Cross. Most recently used as a labyrinth of escape rooms, the proposal strips back decades of previous interventions, restoring much of the original floorplan and offering a calm and naturally-lit environment. 

A reception with a café welcomes all, with private offices arranged around the main hall space that is used for coworking and community social events. Tall ceilings offer abundant daylight to host ARK’s vibrant and creative community.
